We had two cats on set, Beaker and Trout. They came with the location. They were super cute and a welcome distraction from some of the heavy scenes we covered that day.

The reenactment scenes were very hard. I had to put myself back in the situations and mindset of the past. My director, Brittany Phillips and whole crew were always looking out for ways to lighten the mood between takes. They were pleasantly surprised when I requested to listen to ‘Bodies’ by Drowning Pool so I could dance it out.
